This service is an electronic submission of your request and it will be processed within one business day of receipt. Your submission will be returned via USPS.
There is a $10.00 express service fee that will be charged in addition to the standard filing or order fee. We accept Electronic Check (E-Check) or Visa/Mastercard as payment methods.
